august walker

Who is August Walker?

The date of August Walker‘s birth is May 5, 1983. Although his early background is never explored in the movie, it is established that he rose to become a highly competent assassin and high-ranking officer of the Central Intelligence Agency. August Walker became a terrorist under the alias John Lark after experiencing repeated mistreatment at the hands of his country.

According to Lark’s apocalyptic manifesto, the only things that can bring about change are chaos and death. As a CIA operative, he was tasked with working with several Apostles and, during his assignment, assassinated everyone who could be identified as John Lark. As a result, he became notorious in the CIA, but it also enhanced his reputation as a capable officer.

What was the mission in Paris?

The CIA finds out that John Lark wants to say hello, and Erika Sloane and August Walker immediately depart for the Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, where the IMF is organizing their operation. After they meet with Alan Hunley, Sloane assigns Walker to keep an eye on Ethan since she believes the IMF may turn rogue during the next mission. She cautions the agent before he leaves that he cannot let anyone get in the way of the plutonium, not even Ethan Hunt or his group. On a CIA cargo plane, Ethan and Walker travel to Paris. The assassin gets briefed on the mission’s specifics while in flight.

How did August Walker die?

Walker and Ethan collide with a snow-capped peak, but they make it out alive. But when a hose bursts in August Walker’s chopper, acid sprays on it and burns a portion of his face. Their debris slides down the glacier into the valley. Walker and Hunt clash momentarily as the helicopters plummet, but not before one of the helicopters plummets considerably lower.

The ship falls much farther and only clings to the cliff because the cargo hook got stuck on a rock, even though both are hurled out of the wreck and stop on a cliff. Here, on top of the mountain, Ethan and Walker have one last duel in which Ethan tries to take the detonator for the nuclear weapons while Walker tries to keep it from him. Ultimately, during their struggle, both guys go off the cliff and manage to cling to the cargo hook’s steel rope.

But because of the extra weight, it releases gradually, so the two guys attempt to get back up before the wreck plunges into the abyss. The rock beneath the cargo hook is threatening to break off while the two struggle nonstop. Hunt acts faster than everyone else, ripping the hook off the rock and driving it straight into August Walker’s brain, killing him on impact and sending his body flying into the explosion of the helicopter that crashed at the base of the cliff with him.

August Walker’s abilities:

Expert Combatant: August Walker bases his combat style on making effective use of his physical strength. Walker was on par with Ethan Hunt as a CIA killer in this regard. Notably, he was observed ruthlessly and seemingly without effort flinging the phony John Lark across the room during the battle in the restroom. His bare-knuckle boxing and grappling style stood in sharp contrast to Ethan’s more fluid and acrobatic fighting style.

Master Manipulator: Walker was a skilled manipulator who could control the CIA and the IMF.

Master Deceiver: August Walker was a master manipulator who could pass for a “recruiter with just special skills” while exhibiting a lack of experience, unsophisticated thinking, and a short fuse. He was so good at acting that even a composed Ethan Hunt lost patience with him. When he continually destroyed the plan, it was evident in the Paris Mission the most.

All of these, however, were only a front for his aggressive behavior, insanity, and cunning plan, demonstrating that his “accidents” were merely a performance designed to eliminate any possibility of him being discovered, as demonstrated by the time he falsely accused Ethan Hunt and wrecked his motorcycle. However, it appeared that he was prepared to remove his disguise when needed, indicating that he was ready to shoot the policewoman in Paris when his plan was at risk of being demolished.

August Walker’s personality:

Tall, dark-haired, and attractive, August Walker has blue eyes, black hair, and a dark-brown mustache.

When his identity as John Lark is exposed, he typically dons a suit and tie and occasionally a baggy coat before switching to more casual attire.
